As a developer, when I find myself doing repetitive work, I try to find a wait to write some code to do the task automatically. It's especially true when a client or a colleague ask to do something that the current system doesn't do yet.
I think we can apply that principle outside of programming. It's about giving the tools to act to other people, so that we free ourselves from doing unfulfilling work.
