I like habits, they simplify your life. You do a lot of things automatically, without giving to much thought about it. That's giving you time to think about what matter to you. Having routine also allows you to have a good night of sleep, to avoid skipping your cardio session...

But, it come a time when there is too much rigidity. Someone is proposing an activity, but it's hard to say yes, because that day at that particular time it's when to do your cardio session or it's when you eat or you will come home a bit late.

When you talk to people, it's seems that their lives are totally the opposite. Their days look chaotic and they you like something more stable. Me, I you like a bit more chaos.
