I have re-read REWORK from the founders of Basecamp. Their views on how to build a company goes against what's popular. It's refreshing to know that there is another way of doing things.
When you read the biography of Elon Musk or Zero to One or other startup books, it's inspiring to see those stories of people working hard and achieving great things. It's hard to know which philosophy to follow. It's event stressful to not know what to do.
We need numbers. Studies done over the years showing which strategies work best in which situation. What are the variables influencing the results.
